We are currently using Michael’s services and he has been a lifesaver. He looks at and advises on your plans (checking that it complies with the block), summarises inclusions to make sure nothing you agreed on is missed and overlooks siteworks allowance. Michael also helps you understand your contracts and explains the timeline to hopefully avoid price increases (if possible) plus more! Michael is genuine, astute, experienced and transparent.”

”I have found BYBWA through Facebook as they were initially starting their business at that stage. Michael & David visited our house once and had a meeting with us. Initially as we contacted them through Facebook we had doubts as we didn't know them. Having said that I was wrong, the amount of knowledge Michael & David have in terms of building industry in WA is remarkable, he has got so much experience and knowledge and it is unlikely to find something he doesn't know of. We have done our design drafts through them, I would give 10 out of 10 to this. And he has given consultation for our Preliminary contracts, their reports are well worth it. There is so much that you will explore about building contracts if you take their services.
